Now that you've seen Grand Champions Villas and the surrounding areas, here are some details about our unit and how to rent it:

Our ocean-view, one-bedroom, two-bath condominium sleeps up to four and is right on the Wailea Blue Golf Course. The bedroom has a king-size bed. The living room has a queen sofa-sleeper for up to two additional people. For a complete list of features, click amenities.

Standard Rates

Low Season ... (April 16th - Dec. 15th) ... $260 per night with 5th night free, which averages only $217 per night over 6 nights
High Season ... (Dec. 16th - April 15th) ... $260 per night

Policies

Minimum Stay

3 nights (except Christmas; please contact us for terms).

Reservations Deposit

Three nights lodging deposit required within five days to confirm the reservation. Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

A fee of $100.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 15 days. Policies are adjusted for short notice bookings.

Additional per person over standard occupancy charge of $35 plus tax
